LUXURY HAIR EXTENSIONS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

YOU MAY RETURN WEFTED HAIR BUNDLES, PONYTAIL PIECES, OR CLIP-INS ORDERED ON THE ARIADESIGNERHAIR.COM WEBSITE FOR REFUND WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.

RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PLASTIC WRAP (INCLUDING, IF POSSIBLE, THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY BOX). THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR OR DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT, WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS YOU MUST REQUEST A RETURNS MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) VIA EMAIL AT ASSISTANCE@ARIADESIGNERHAIR.COM | ONCE YOUR RETURN REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL VIA EMAIL AND YOU MAY DROP YOUR PACKAGE AT ANY USPS LOCATION.

RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN $8.50 RETURN SHIPPING FEE, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. 


ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED OR DECLINED. THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE UP TO 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.


IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND APPLIED TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.


NOTE THAT REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO APPEAR ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DUE TO VARYING PROCESSING TIMES BETWEEN FINANCIAL ORGANIZATIONS.
