USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.
Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively.
Priority Mail Express service, which guarantees overnight service, and one-day service commitments for Priority Mail will not change.

A BUSINESS DAY IS CONSIDERED TO BE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.
EXPRESS ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12:00 P.M. CST (NOON) ARE SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. STANDARD ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12:00 P.M. CST (NOON) WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP TO ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/FPO, US TERRITORIES, HOTELS, OR P.O. BOXES.

YOU, OR AN AUTHORIZED PERSON, MUST SIGN FOR YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL. THIS ENSURES YOUR PURCHASES ARE SAFELY DELIVERED TO YOU. IF YOU ARE UNAVAILABLE WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES, USPS WILL LEAVE A RE-DELIVERY SLIP.
WE CANNOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES, APO/FPO ADDRESSES, FREIGHT FORWARDERS, HOTEL OR MOTEL ADDRESS.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY THE CARRIER AS DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
THE RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED BY YOU PASSES TO YOU UPON OUR DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS TO THE CARRIER.
SINCE WE CANNOT PROVIDE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, PLEASE CHOOSE A SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS.
